Xbox 360 Review

The graphics on the Xbox original were far superior to the Sony PS2, but now that we're in a High Definition revolution. The 360 allows gamers to finally have a gaming system that outputs Hi Definition and enjoy the spectacular graphic quality. The 360 will still work on normal Televisions, but you really want to go Hi-Def to see what all the hype is about.

Most of the 360 machines sold are the Premium version – the same as the Core system but with more features for a small price increase. Extras include the 20GB hard disk drive, HD Component cable, wireless control pad, headset – and for a limited time, a media remote control. You will need to note that the core system will not play many of the original xbox games. This is because they require a hard drive. So it is recommended you purchase the premium version.

The 360 can be can be stand in an upright manner, or horizontally like the original. The new control pad design is slightly larger than the small controller of the original Xbox. Of course, the controlers are wireless which mean no cords to get tangled! The 360 system comes with batteries (AA) for the control pad, as well as the remote control.

The Xbox 360 is simply superb, and as time goes by, but what makes the console is the games. With upcoming titles such as Halo2, Madden NFL 2006, Fight Night Round 3, and Project Gotham Racing 3 the xbox is definitly a hot gaming system on the wishlist.
